About 7 Billion Of Huadian's Capital Is Not In Place &Nbsp; Rely On Bank Loans To Make Up For It.
As of May 2009, Huadian Group, without the approval of the development and Reform Commission, started construction of 11 power projects such as Yunnan's hydropower station in Inner Mongolia and Zhuozi in Jiangsu. The actual construction scale of Jiangsu's oil conversion project exceeds the approved scale of 660 thousand kilowatts. The total installed capacity of the above 12 projects is 12 million 420 thousand kilowatts.
As the company's own funds are insufficient, as of the end of 2008, Huadian Group had 20 capital projects of 7 billion 17 million yuan in power supply projects.
After pointing out the above problems, Huadian Group carried out a thematic study and implemented the responsibility for rectification of each project.
