On the afternoon of June 14th, Jinfeng technology announced in the HKEx that the withdrawal of the IPO paction of about HK $8 billion has become the fifth IPO in Hongkong stock market since last month.

In view of the deterioration of the market environment and the sudden volatility of the market, it is considered that the global sale is not wise. Therefore, the underwriting agreement on the international sale will not be signed, and the underwriting agreement on Hongkong's public offering will not be unconditional.

Gold wind technology originally planned to issue 395 billion 300 million shares of H-shares, with a price range of HK $19.8-23 per share, and rumours in the market that the company had lowered the floor price to HK $18.1.

The company originally intended to register in June 22nd with a stock code of 2208.HK.

In the past few weeks, the Hongkong stock exchange has withdrawn about $3 billion 800 million from the IPO, highlighting the negative impact of the global stock market crash and the global doubts surrounding the European debt crisis.
