Wenzhou garment industry comprehensive census and the talent competition project of Peking University, the launching ceremony of Wenzhou garment industry pilot project was held in Wenzhou overseas Chinese hotel. The census lasted for one year, and finally formed the comprehensive survey report of the clothing industry in 2010 and the "China (Wenzhou) clothing manufacturing and commodity index", which is a "pulse" for the development of the industry.

It is understood that this is the first comprehensive census conducted by the garment industry in Wenzhou. The census is divided into two stages, namely, preliminary investigation and report analysis. The time is 6 months. The questionnaire is divided into 5 main categories, including more than 60 questions, involving process equipment, employment environment and enterprise capital operation. From July 5th, it will be sent to all garment enterprises in Wenzhou. During the census, the expert team will also elect 100 growth enterprises to conduct on-site free process diagnostics and an "in-house training" opportunity and issue a "diagnostic report".
