It is reported that after the shutdown in June 30th, every tanning enterprise and sewage treatment plant must formulate a pollution control plan according to the four requirements. That is, according to the GB8978 1996 comprehensive discharge standard for sewage, strictly carry out the treatment of chromium containing wastewater; further improve or pform chrome water treatment technology and facilities to achieve safe disposal of chromium mud; thoroughly handle sludge disposal and prevent two pollution; strictly enforce the statutory discharge standards to ensure that COD and ammonia nitrogen meet the target discharge standards.

After completing the task of renovating the enterprises, all enterprises shall submit a written report on the trial production to the County Environmental Protection Bureau.

The County Environmental Protection Bureau organized the relevant personnel to conduct on-site inspection and assessment before reconfirming whether the enterprise could trial production.

During trial production, enterprises that do not meet the above standards and requirements will continue to suspend production.
