The aim is to provide fluorinated waterproofing and oil repellency agent, hydrophilic polyester resin, non hydrophilic fluorine water and oil repellant, and antifouling components containing crosslinking agent to optimize, evenly cover the surface of the fiber, so as to improve the anti fouling properties of the synthetic SR fabric and its manufacturing method.
The crosslinking agent of the invention adopts hydroxymethyl melamine system containing N hydroxymethyl and block isocyanate (TDI/ three hydroxymethyl propane addition compound MEK oxime additive).
Hydrophilicity
The use of fluorinated waterproofing and oil repellent, hydrophilic polyester resin and non hydrophilic fluorine waterproof and oil repellent agent is used to optimize the adhesion. It can detect SR antifouling effect which has never been washed and worn for good ink stain.
