In the 1~4 months of this year, the textile industry in Sichuan province was fully recovered, showing great vitality. The total textile output value of textile enterprises above the scale reached 26 billion 240 million yuan, an increase of 48.49% compared with the same period last year, and sales revenue was 24 billion 157 million yuan, an increase of 49.98% compared with the same period last year. The total profits and taxes were 1 billion 612 million yuan, up 65.07% over the same period last year. The deficit is down by 20%. Among them, the chemical fiber industry has the fastest economic growth and the best returns. Sales revenue has increased by 81.26% compared with the same period last year, and the total profit and tax volume has increased by 209.88% year-on-year.

Advantage enterprises bigger and stronger

Under the guidance of the "textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan", "promoting the industrialization and application of hi-tech fiber and accelerating the industrialization of high performance carbon fiber, aramid, polyphenylene sulfide, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, basalt fiber, polyimide, new polyester and other high-tech fibers and composite materials" and a series of related policies of Sichuan Province, Sichuan's high-tech fiber production enterprises seize the opportunity and take advantage of the trend and have made gratifying achievements.

The 1000 ton / year aramid II project is under construction in Chenguang Chemical Research Institute of central blue. It is a major industrialization development project determined by the hospital during the "11th Five-Year" period. On the basis of many years' basic research and pilot practice, the project has broken through the industrial integration innovation of scientific research, design, manufacturing and production realized by foreign technology blockade based on the research results of many years' basic research and pilot practice.

Not only textile research institutes, but also textile and technology enterprises in Sichuan province have made great efforts in scientific and technological innovation since last year. The project of Sichuan thiyang Polytron Technologies Inc's Thiphenyl sulfide fiber industrialization has independent intellectual property rights and is the first in China. At present, the annual output of 5000 tons / year polyphenylene sulfide fiber project has won the first prize of China Textile Industry Association's science and technology progress in 2009.

Basalt continuous fiber manufacturing technology of Chengdu Aerospace Tuo Xin Technology Co., Ltd. has made substantial breakthroughs. The basalt fiber production line developed by the company has exceeded the level of Ukraine, Russia and other countries. At present, the annual production capacity of the company is 750 tons, and the market demand is stable. At the end of this year, the production capacity is expected to reach 2000 tons. Among them, basalt fiber reinforced bar and short cut yarn have been widely applied in highway construction in Heilongjiang province.

Under the guidance of the "textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan", with the support of the provincial government, the textile industry of Sichuan province has resisted the pressure of various unfavorable factors and embarked on a new development path. Not long ago, the "national hi tech fiber high and new technology industrialization base" was officially settled in Chengdu.
