Turkey Develops And Develops Seamless Garments
Eurotex, Turkey's Istanbul knitwear manufacturer, made use of the BIOPHYL environmental protection yarn of Holland polyester fiber manufacturer Advansa, to become the first manufacturer without sewing.
Because the seamless design at arm, shoulder and collar provides consistent elasticity, giving the new BIOPHYL?
The single size design is suitable for different body wear, which is better than the elasticity of the general specification knitted fabric.
BIOPHYL fabric is made of environment-friendly polyester yarn. This is an innovative polyester polymer (two propyl terephthalate, PTT-Polytrimethylene terephthalate).
This yarn has not only high colourity and soft touch, but also good tensile, recovery and comfort.
BIOPHYL?? is made from the Bio-PDO material of biological corn. 37% of the polymer is used to regenerate the BIOPHYL of the tableland. This reduces the dependence on the main material of polyester fiber - Petroleum and reduces environmental pollution.
