　　 據(jù)介紹，現(xiàn)在新的俄羅斯政府注冊(cè)證書(shū)只規(guī)范與食品有接觸的電子電氣產(chǎn)品，到目前為止，需要在俄羅斯政府注冊(cè)的產(chǎn)品包括飲料：礦泉水、瓶裝飲用水、軟飲料、酒精飲料、啤酒；專(zhuān)用食品：包括嬰兒食品、懷孕和哺乳期婦女用食品、運(yùn)動(dòng)員專(zhuān)用食品、生物活性食品添加劑、生產(chǎn)生物活性添加劑的原材料、有機(jī)產(chǎn)品；轉(zhuǎn)基因食品；食品添加劑、調(diào)味品、作為調(diào)味料和原材料的植物提取物、微生物和細(xì)菌發(fā)酵劑、技術(shù)輔助物，包括酶；化妝品、口腔衛(wèi)生工具和產(chǎn)品；殺蟲(chóng)劑、蟲(chóng)害和滅鼠工具；家用化學(xué)品；有潛在危險(xiǎn)的化學(xué)物質(zhì)和生物物質(zhì)；預(yù)定用于飲用水供水的材料、設(shè)備、裝置及其他技術(shù)手段；兒童和成人個(gè)人衛(wèi)生用品、3歲以下（包括3歲）的兒童產(chǎn)品、營(yíng)養(yǎng)餐和營(yíng)養(yǎng)品、兒童護(hù)理衛(wèi)生用品、兒童服裝；預(yù)定與食品接觸的產(chǎn)品(炊具、餐具、設(shè)備除外)。

Fujian Shishi Office of the inspection and Quarantine Bureau suggests: first, enterprises should respond quickly, prepare the application certificates early, and strengthen the market penetration of products to Russian exports.

Two, we should actively follow up the new requirements of the Russian side, strengthen and improve the quality and health management system, take effective measures to strengthen the health management and control in the whole process of raw materials procurement, acceptance, product processing, production process, storage, inspection and quarantine, and implement the awareness of health quality in all aspects.

Three, we should improve the technological level of production equipment and hardware facilities, strengthen technological improvement, adjust the production mode, ensure that export products meet the requirements of safety, hygiene and environmental protection, and maintain a good momentum of growth in the export of our products to Russia.
