Cotton spinning

The industry has achieved rapid development in the past 30 years. By 2009, cotton spinning spindles reached 110 million spindles and rotor spun 2 million 200 thousand, advanced technology and equipment level has been continuously improved, production products are various, and average yarn has also been greatly improved. The original "cotton yarn products standard electricity consumption calculation guidelines" (FZ/T 01001-91) (hereinafter referred to as "91 conductance") can not accurately reflect the actual situation of production electricity consumption at present. At the same time, many enterprises have great differences in the basis of standards for energy consumption calculation, resulting in a large difference in energy consumption between enterprises, which can not form a unified consensus, and there is a lack of certain standard standards for guiding enterprises to reduce energy consumption.

Therefore, China's Cotton Textile Industry Association has revised the electricity standard of some products such as pure cotton yarn in the 91 conductivity.

Spin

In June 2009, the company took part in the revision of the standard for the use of pure cotton yarn. After a year's hard work, the draft of the industry standard for the basic production and consumption of cotton yarn products has been preliminarily formed, and the opinions of the participating experts were consulted in the "enlarged meeting of the experts' Technical Committee of the China Cotton Association in 2010" held in June 1st this year.
