29, reporters learned from the Xiamen customs that the Customs seized 31320 pairs of casual shoes and declared about 92952 US dollars. At present, the rights holders of "NIKE" and "ADIDAS" have respectively sent letters confirming that the goods are infringing products and apply for customs protection.
According to the inspection of customs officers, in order to evade Customs supervision, the infringing enterprises take the OEM technique on the cards, that is to say, on the famous trademarks such as "NIKE" and "ADIDAS", they are labeled "SPORT" and "SUPERSTAR". They are covered with leather on the "NIKE" pattern and the "three" bars of ADIDAS.
The goods are also equipped with sharp tongs and blades to remove camouflaged trademarks and leather.
