After investigation, "ONLY" is a registered trademark of the American benefit company, and the "LEVI 'S" is a registered trademark of the company in November 21, 2001. The two brands are internationally famous brand clothing, and the price of jeans is basically in the hundreds of dollars each.

And Yu Mou did not permit the use of "ONLY" and "LEVI 'S" registered trademarks in the ordinary jeans produced on its production, and sold at the price of 18 yuan per person, seriously infringed the trademark owner's exclusive right to use registered trademarks.

According to the Trademark Law of the Jiangyan, the Bureau of industry and Commerce of People's Republic of China ordered Yu to stop the infringement immediately, confiscate the stolen jeans and trademarks, and impose a fine of 10000 yuan on Yu.
