Quality Supervision Bureau announced the second quarter of this year's product quality checks.
In view of 62 kinds of products, such as cotton fiber products, clothing machinery products, household appliances and casual wear, Guangzhou has sampled 1433 batches of products, qualified 1181 batches, and the pass rate of batches is 82.4%.

The qualified rate of physical quality is 68.8%, which is more than 30% unqualified. For example, the content of the components of the "mano BFE" made by Guangzhou Yong Bang Fashion Co., Ltd. is not in line with the components of the T-shirts and trousers; the "cardonna" pure cotton quilt (specification 150 * 200 cm) produced by Haizhuqu District Shu Mei bedding factory in Guangzhou is not qualified for washing size change rate and pH value.
Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau said that after years of continuous product quality improvement and tracking checks, the quality of clothing products in the whole city has been improved. However, there are still some problems such as low pass rate of product sampling, easy rebound of product sampling rate and unstable quality. The main reason is that the entry threshold of industry is low, production enterprises are changing fast, and small and medium enterprises are the main ones, and the proportion of family workshops is quite large. Most of them are low grade and no brand products.
