Shoemaking assembly process

Adhesive shoe technology

Due to the long production cycle and slow variety of moulded shoes, it is suitable for large batch production.

The products of labor protection shoes, mountaineering shoes, military police shoes and so on are mostly moulded.

The molding process is a vulcanized process derived from the vulcanization process and used for leather shoes.


(4) injection shoe technology, also known as Lian Bang injection molding process, is a process for injecting molten plastic into the external mold and bonding it with the upper.

The materials for the outsole are polyvinyl chloride, thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic rubber and so on.

The technology is completed by automatic feeding, automatic plasticizing, automatic metering, automatic injection, automatic closing and opening and automatic forming. It has the advantages of high production efficiency and automatic production.

It has applications in leather shoes, cloth shoes, sports shoes and plastic shoes.


(5) vulcanized shoe technology is the process of vulcanizing and forming the vulcanized tank in the vulcanizing tank after bonding the outsole, the welt and the outer Baotou with the upper.

The outer bottom of the process is moulded and moulded.

Because the process is relatively coarse and difficult to control the quality, it usually produces only low-grade products.

In recent years, due to the introduction of foreign advanced production technology, product quality has been greatly improved.

Because vulcanized shoes are comfortable and economical in clothing, and have high efficiency and low cost in production, the technology is still applied in the production of rubber shoes, rubber shoes and leather shoes, and the production volume is large.
