The drawee receives the commercial draft accepted in advance, and shall notify the bank to pay the bill at maturity.

The drawee shall not notify the Bank of payment within 3 days after the date of receipt of the notice. The drawee shall, before the date of maturity of the bill fourth days after the date of receipt of the notice, draw the bill to the bearer on the maturity date of the bill.

3, if the payer has refused to pay the reason for legal defense, he shall, within 3 days from the date of receipt of the notice, make a certificate of refusal of payment and send it to the bank where he has opened the account.
