Hermes Strongly Urging LVMH To Withdraw Shares

Group management requires LVMH high-level Bernard Arnault to withdraw from their company's shares.
The latter was suddenly invited to the Hermes at the end of October.
According to Bertrand Puech and Patrick Thomas, the whole family agrees in this regard.

Bertrand Puech is the fifth generation of the founder of the brand. He is the president of the Emily Hermes family company, and Patrick Thomas is responsible for managing the group.
LVMH, the world's top luxury group controlled by Bernard Arnault, announced more than 10 days ago that it had held shares in rival Hermes17%.
Although Hermes is a listed company, it has a 73% share in its family.
Bernard Arnault thought it was a "friendly" stake, but the Hermes family was notified just a moment before the group LVMH announced that he had launched a campaign.

Bertrand Puech thought that the meeting was polite and honest.
Patrick Thomas also said, "we told him that we did not consider this move to be friendly."
The two leaders also pointed out that they still had "many doubts" about the way to acquire 17% shares through financial instruments. They believed that the securities regulatory authorities would make a statement about this.
