In the past 20 years, the global textile industry experienced a nominal price deflation of clothing and household textiles, during which the average decline was about 50%.
This trend is not sustainable and must be reversed.
Faced with this background, ITMF invites retailers, department stores, distributors and suppliers from all over the world to discuss with their suppliers the fundamental changes in the global textile value chain, in order to better understand the risks and threats faced by all stakeholders, and develop a strategy for healthy and sustainable development of textile value chain.
