If Party B fails to operate according to the regulations, it will cause personal injury and death. According to the "road traffic accident handling method", Party A shall not bear any liability.

Two, Party A should carry out safety education regularly, organize Party B to study relevant laws and regulations, and provide necessary safety signs, maintenance signs and other safety production facilities.

Party B is responsible for assisting Party B to cooperate with the public security traffic police department to investigate the responsibility of the perpetrators.

Three. Party A pays the total amount of the personal injury insurance to the Party B, and Party B shall entrust Party A to pay the legal risks in accordance with the law. Party A will make a comprehensive personal injury insurance for Party B in China Life Insurance Limited by Share Ltd.

Therefore, Party B has committed casualties in the production area designated by Party A during the production period, and has claimed compensation from the insurance company in accordance with the law.

Four. This contract is effective during the employment period. This contract is made in three copies, and each Party A, B and notary offices hold one.
