喝茶有一種禮數(shù),就是當(dāng)別人給你倒茶時,為了表示敬意,用手指輕叩桌面數(shù)下.這一習(xí)俗的由來,據(jù)說是乾隆微服南巡時,到一家茶樓喝茶,當(dāng)?shù)刂恍⌒闹懒诉@一情況,拼了老命也得去護駕,否則萬一出事,小心吃飯家伙.知府也微服一番,以防天威不測.到了茶樓,也就在皇帝對面末座的位上坐下,皇帝心知肚明,也不去揭穿,久聞大名、相見恨晚的裝模作樣一番.皇帝是主,免不得提起茶壺給這位知府倒茶,知府惶誠惶恐的,但也不好當(dāng)即跪在地上來個謝主隆恩,于是靈機一動,彎起食指,中指和無名指,在桌面上輕叩三下,權(quán)代行了三跪九叩的大禮.敬茶喝茶是人之常情,又咋知你是微服皇帝,反正你敬我茶,我叩這么幾下,也不花多少功夫,省得后患無窮.于是這一習(xí)俗就這么流傳下來.為了簡便,也用食指單指叩幾下.

The emperor Qian Long saw in his eyes that he was happy in his heart and asked, "why do you not pour more spilt tea and sprinkle a sprinkling of water instead of sprinkling three more?" the boss replied with a smile: "Sir, this is the rule of our teahouse, which is called Phoenix three nod."

When Emperor Qian Long heard of him, he grabbed the boss's water hoist and picked up a teacup. He also wanted to learn the new trick of "Phoenix three nods".

The cup was poured to the eunuch, and the emperor poured tea to the eunuch. This was not an anti ceremony. In the palace, the eunuch knelt down and shouted three hail, hail, and ten thousand years old.
