Entrusted custody file agreement

Party A and Party B shall consult Party B to entrust Party A with custody.

1. Party A is in accordance with the archives law and the Ministry of justice, the Ministry of justice, and the Ministry of justice.

2. by Party B's application, Party A shall provide Party B with the services of issuing archives keeping certificates and borrowing files, and not providing other services according to the relevant provisions of the state.

3. Party B shall abide by the laws and regulations of the state, province and municipality, and comply with the relevant provisions of Party A's archives and personnel management and family planning management.

4. the agreement period is from the year of the year to the month of the year.

Upon expiration of this agreement, Party B shall renew the contract with Party A or file it out in time. Otherwise, if Party B continues to entrust Party A with custody of the files, Party A can collect the file storage fee to Party B annually, and reserve the right to recover Party B's arrears.

5. Party B shall pay Party A's file keeping fee at the time of signing this agreement.

6. this Agreement shall be signed by Party A's representative, with the official seal and Party B's signature.

Each party shall have one copy and shall have the same effect.

7. the matters not covered by this Agreement shall be settled through consultation between Party A and Party B.
