The two sides have reached the following consultations:

Party A agrees.

Two. The agreement is valid for the year of the year of the year of the year.

Three, Party B shall pay RMB every year to Party A, and pfer the files to other units within the period of the agreement, and the management fee will not be refunded.

Four, Party A only trustees personnel files for Party B. there is no labor relationship and any administrative affiliation between the two parties. Party B's employment, wages, benefits, medical treatment, personal accidents, social insurance premiums, retirement applications and retirement pensions are all taken care of.

During the period of trusteeship, Party B shall bear all responsibility for his illness and casualty, which is not related to Party A.

Five, during the period of trusteeship, Party B should consciously abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and shall not engage in any illegal activities or disciplinary activities in the name of Party A, and shall not violate family planning.

Otherwise, once discovered, Party A immediately terminates the agreement unilaterally, leaving the trusteeship relationship, and the trusteeship fee will not be returned.

Six, during the period of trusteeship, if Party B needs to file a file or pfer to other units for reasons of mobilization, it is necessary for the receiving unit to issue a proof, and Party A will give the relevant procedures for reading or pferring files.

Seven. During the term of this agreement, Party A shall manage the personnel files of Party B according to the relevant provisions of the state, and provide Party B with certificates and materials related to the archives.

Eight. After the expiration of this agreement, if Party B fails to pay the trusteeship fee in time, except for the mandatory fee paid according to the regulations, each person will receive a late fee per day.

Nine Party B should notify Party A in time if changing address and telephone number.

If not in time, the liability arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B.

Ten. When the agreement is unilaterally or automatically terminated, the trusteeship relationship will be dissolved.

Eleven. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be settled amicably through negotiation between Party A and Party B.

Twelve. This agreement is made in two copies and each party shall have one copy, which shall be equally authentic.

It will take effect from the date of signature and seal.
