In the new field of spanning spandex in China, in 2007, the chemical fiber, which was jointly invested by Datang local raw material manufacturer Dai Ye Fei and Itochu Corp, the world's top 500 company, was established in Datang, mainly manufacturing spandex products.

Dai Ye Fei engaged in spandex trade for nearly 20 years, and began covering yarn production in 2000.

The investment for Dai Ye Fei is a leap forward to the upstream of the industrial chain.

At present, the chemical fiber is expanding the annual capacity of spandex from 10 thousand tons to 15 thousand tons.

Dai Yefei revealed that with the help of its joint venture's market network, their spandex was mainly exported to Japan, Europe and other parts of the world, and applied to swimsuit, tennis apparel and other high-end clothing.

In 2004, the Yongxin group, a joint venture developed by Yongxing chemical fiber, was established.

At that time, its annual output reached more than 10 thousand tons, producing more than 100 series of raw materials, and supplying the mid and high-end hosiery enterprises in Datang.

"A pair of socks should be top grade, 50% depends on the quality of raw materials."

Jin Bingqi, general manager of Yongxin group, proposed that the development of the stocking industry be led by the development of raw materials industry. For this reason, they are planning to build a stocking material supermarket to realize one-stop procurement of stocking materials.

In 2002, Hai Xun group was founded in Datang, which is a polyester manufacturing enterprise.

Relying on the huge demand of Datang, few years later, Hai Xun group has become the largest supplier of polyester filament in Zhuji.

According to the analysis, the unique stocking ecology has created their quick response ability and outstanding cost advantages.

Annual output of chemical fiber is nearly 900 thousand tons.

According to the local survey, at present, Datang town already owns 1151 enterprises of needle spinning raw materials, with an average annual number of 13 thousand employees, and has more than 200 kinds of production lines. It produces 450 thousand tons of polyester, 120 thousand tons of nylon, 70 thousand tons of spandex, and 230 thousand tons of other chemical fibers annually.

These textile materials have 25% to 35% flows to the covered yarn machine, which are mainly used for stocking production after blending. The largest part flows to the large circular knitting machine for the production of cotton jersey, seamless underwear and so on, occupying 45%~55%; and 15%~25% flows to the fine knitting machine for weaving.

The emergence of a batch of textile raw material production enterprises is producing industrial influence.

Such as Iris of Yongxin group (polyester POY has colored silk), using masterbatch technology, the product is bright and colourful, and will never fade.

Yuxin group is a nylon manufacturing enterprise with "complete spinning, doubles, twisting, dyeing, winding" complete industrial chain. It is one of the few enterprises in China that can produce nylon 6 and nylon 66 at the same time.

According to Yuan Zhigang introduction, from the analysis of the technological pformation project of Datang this year, many enterprises have shown strong interest in the textile raw materials industry. Among them, there are 5 projects with more than 100 million yuan. At this stage, the reason why the needle spinning raw material industry is attracting capital, one is the expectation of inflation, which makes investors more optimistic about the long-term trend of the upstream raw materials industry, and at present, it maintains a relatively high profit level. Two, with the improvement of domestic equipment and technological capability, some foreign manufacturing bases have been pferred to China and investment opportunities have emerged. Three, after a wealth of more than 30 years, a large number of local bosses in Datang have completed the accumulation of primitive funds and are heading for the chemical fiber industry.
