On behalf of the two governments, Echegaray jointly signed the agreement on tax information exchange between the People's Republic of China government and the Republic of Argentina government in Beijing (hereinafter referred to as the tax information exchange agreement).
This is China's signature with the Bahamas, British Vilgin, Isle of man, root West, Jersey and Bermuda.

The signing of the Sino Arab tax information exchange agreement has laid the legal foundation for the tax collection and management cooperation between the two countries. It not only helps the two sides to grasp the taxpayer's tax related information more comprehensively, actively respond to the taxpayers' bad tax planning, better safeguard the state's tax rights and interests, and will further promote the economic and trade cooperation and development between the two countries.
