General rules for the collection of audio-visual archives

Article 1 These measures are formulated for the purpose of strengthening our company's audio-visual archives.

The second is our company's audio-visual archives, which refers to the historical records which are directly formed by various departments or individuals in our social practice activities, which are valuable to the state, society and the company.

Audio-visual archives are usually composed of two parts: tape, video tape, video tape, film (mother piece), photo (including negatives), etc.

The third audio-visual Archive is an integral part of our company. It must be centralized and unified by the record room.

Collection and collection of audio-visual archives

1. the audio and video materials that reflect the achievements and problems of our company's main functions;

2. audio-visual materials of major activities related to the company attended by leaders and famous figures at all levels;

3. the important meetings, interviews and audio-visual materials of foreign affairs organized or attended by the company concerned.

5. important audio-visual materials related to the company formed by other units.

6. other valuable audio-visual materials.
