Requirements of Party A

4, the equipment department is overhauled, sorting out the waste parts, concentrating the designated locations and clearing the sanitation.

5, the maintenance plan of the equipment department has changed, and the workshop should be notified three days in advance, otherwise the economic responsibility should be borne.

6, in the production process, resulting in unplanned stop or less.

Party B's request

1, the maintenance and oil filling short hair workshop is responsible for defining the maintenance limits, making good cooperation and jointly serving the production.

2, if the equipment overhaul plan is changed, the equipment department should be notified three days in advance, otherwise the financial responsibility should be borne.

3, deliver the repair equipment according to the regulations. The workshop should explain the operation of the equipment and the defects, and keep the parts intact and hygienic (especially to remove the oil pollution).

4, any equipment failure due to improper operation of maintenance and oil injection (after analysis, the responsibility is the workshop) should bear financial responsibility. If the maintenance strength is insufficient, it is possible to propose maintenance cooperation and rush repair.
