In order to implement the decision and plan of the eleven plenary session of the nine session of the provincial Party committee in the fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and strive to ensure and improve people's livelihood,

First, the monthly minimum wage standard: a region of 1140 yuan; two categories of 930 yuan; three categories of 800 yuan.

The minimum wage standard for part-time labor hours is 9.2 yuan in one category, 7.5 yuan in two categories, and 6.5 yuan in three categories.

Two, the minimum wage standard does not include the following items: overtime wages; middle class, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful special working conditions and allowances; laws, regulations and workers' welfare benefits stipulated by the state.

After removing the above items and individuals paying the housing provident fund according to the lower limit, the monthly salary paid by the employer shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard.

Three, the people's governments of all cities and counties (cities) are required to publish the revised minimum wage standards to the public within the prescribed time limit.
