The China Securities Regulatory Commission yesterday announced the results of the two insider trading cases, namely, Shanghai Bei Fu (Group) Limited and some individual insider trading "ST Xingye" stock cases and Zhang Xiaojian insider trading "SST Ji Qi" stock case. The relevant responsible companies and responsible personnel were punished according to the law.
The head of the securities and Futures Commission said that there are still a large number of insider trading cases waiting for the penalty results.
This year, the SFC and relevant ministries and commissions will further enhance the measures and efforts to crack down on insider trading.
Zhang Ping: "12th Five-Year" should control energy consumption reasonably.
Zhang Ping, director of the national development and Reform Commission, said yesterday at the national energy conference that China will rationally control the total energy consumption during the "12th Five-Year" period as an important focus of changing the way of energy development.
He revealed that the specific measures to control the total energy consumption are still under study. The key point is to control the excessive growth of total coal consumption, curb irrational consumption and improve energy efficiency.
