The survey shows that the total housing ownership rate of Beijing residents is 72.4%, and the number of housing ownership is 18.3%.
For current housing prices, the proportion of residents who think the price is too high or high is 64% and 29.8% respectively.
In the first quarter of 2011, the percentage of residents who had fallen in Beijing's housing prices reached 26.9%, which was 6.3 percentage points higher than the residents who thought it was rising.
