Ferragamo Will Increase Its Stake In Greater China

Two important decisions have been made on the future development of the Chinese market: the Ferragamo group will increase its shareholding in the Greater China region (including Mainland China and Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) in January 2013, from the current 50% (60% in Macao area to 60%) to 75%. In addition, FerragamoFinanziariaS.p.A of the Ferragamo family limited will sell the shares of 8% of sarvor Ferragamo Italy Limited (SalvatoreFerragamoItaliaS.p.A.) to the Wu Guangzheng family.
