According to information from Haining Leather Industry Association, there are fewer than 200 leather furniture manufacturers in Haining, and the total number of designers is nearly 1000.

Some leather enterprises in Haining have vigorously developed the "Royal" design team, while maintaining good cooperation with excellent design studios both at home and abroad.

"After the establishment of this association, designers have second homes, which can continuously improve their design level and serve the enterprises better, and the association can also train designers with enterprises to make designers grow faster."

At present, Haining is striving to build the highland of leather industry design.

Last September 22nd, the three phase of China Leather City, Haining, was officially opened.

The center has seven functions of corporate headquarters, design research and development, brand exhibition, new product release, marketing headquarters, creative paradise and leisure club, and has gathered dozens of brand enterprises with the leading trend of leather fashion.

Recently, the creative center of the Chinese Academy of textile and clothing research and the experimental base of the Academy of Fine Arts clothing design institute have also formally settled in the brand fashion center.
