The textiles in China are mainly divided into two categories, and the effective date of the compulsory inspection system depends on different categories.
After the entry into force of the system, all the products covered must meet the requirements. The textile products can only be sold in the Taiwan market only if they carry the commodity inspection labels.
The effective date of inspection depends on the date when the product first imports / leaves the factory / leaves the warehouse.
Textile products that meet the above requirements will be subject to mandatory inspection when manufactured or imported to Taiwan in Taiwan.
There are three methods for detection and sampling, and the sampling products will be tested according to CNS 15290.
