Needling and compression elastic nonwovens are the main accessories for clothing, footwear and household products; needled nonwoven fiber sheets are mainly used in the fields of footwear bottom, luggage and liners and brim.

At present, there are no national or industrial standards for these 3 products.

In order to guide production and standardize product quality, it is necessary to work out corresponding product standards.

It is said that in the process of formulation, the 3 standards are based on the principles of "wide application, economic rationality, coordination and operability", which combine the actual production of enterprises with the market demand, giving full consideration to the unity of practicality and standards among standards.

According to the approval procedure, the standard draftsman first made a description of each standard and drew a summary of the comments. The experts then discussed and revised each standard seriously, and finally reached an agreement: 3 industry standards were approved, and it was suggested that the industrial textiles branch of China Textile Standardization Technical Committee be recommended as the recommendation of the Ministry of industry and information technology.
