Yang Xiaoqin, director of the development department and Xie Chongxing, President of Taiwan practice University, said Shishi is the bridgehead for the exchange of textile and garment industry between the two sides. With the signing of ECFA on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, Shishi and Taiwan exchanges and cooperation are more intense.
