H&M and other mass consumption

The sampling inspection mainly monitored the quality of casual clothing products sold by shopping malls, supermarkets and franchised stores in Guangzhou, Haizhuqu District, Baiyun, Liwan District, Tianhe District and Yuexiu District.

The merchandise was monitored by T-shirts.

Material object

It is reported that a total of 100 products sold by 17 distribution companies were involved in this survey, involving 89 enterprises, and the passing rate was 68%. Among them, there were 1 groups of defective products with pure marks, and the qualified rate of physical objects was 69%.

According to the sampling results, the decomposed aromatic amine dyes and formaldehyde content in the important safety items were not disqualified, and the unqualified items were mainly concentrated in the pH value, color fastness, fiber content and crack degree.

The failure degree of H&M seam is not satisfactory.

According to reports, the monitoring found that H&M, JESSIE, BOTON, IVYKKI AI, PLAYBOY, VEROMODA and many other well-known brands of casual wear failed.

Among them, H&M, VEROMODA and other mass consumer brands are mainly concentrated in the failure of the gap, while PLAYBOY is found to be unqualified.

Guangzhou city commerce and Industry Bureau said that the goods which were judged to be unqualified in the monitoring were to be investigated by the sub bureaus, ordered the dealers to dispose of the unqualified goods and put them on file for investigation. The operators who had repeatedly sold unqualified products were dealt with according to the relevant laws and regulations. If the circumstances were serious, their business licenses would be revoked.
