Jilin, a high-tech industrial base, has issued ten incentive policies for the development of the carbon fiber industry. It includes: every enterprise develops a new carbon fiber product, the municipal government gives enterprises 300 thousand yuan to reward R & D personnel; the municipal government grants enterprises 500 thousand incentives to R & D personnel for the new products that have obtained invention patents; the carbon fiber R & D institutions established by enterprises, which have been recognized by the municipal, provincial and national levels, give the R & D center 200 thousand yuan, 500 thousand yuan and 1 million yuan of research funding subsidies for three consecutive years.

The ten preferential policies also include tax incentives, preferential discount loans and so on.

At the same time, Jilin has also planned to introduce and train 100 high-end talents engaged in the research and development of carbon fiber technology, the pformation of products and the establishment of carbon fiber products enterprises in the next 5 years.

It is reported that in order to promote the rapid development of the carbon fiber industry, Jilin has set up a working group on the promotion of carbon fiber industry, and will set up a strategic alliance of carbon fiber industry technology innovation, and set up a national R & D center of Jilin national carbon fiber high and new technology industrialization base and a doctoral workshop of carbon fiber, so as to create conditions for the pformation of achievements.

At present, Jilin's core area of carbon fiber industry, the deep processing area of carbon fiber products, the supporting area of carbon fiber materials, the supporting area for the production of special equipment for carbon fiber, and the 5 supporting areas of carbon fiber R & D and business services are under intense construction.

A number of carbon fiber projects are coming to an end. The 500 tons of Jiangcheng 2000 tons carbon fiber project will be put into operation in August.

The carbon Valley 5000 tons raw silk project will be put into operation in September, and the 20 thousand carbon fiber bicycle project of Jiji high tech phase 20 thousand will be formally put into operation in August. The carbon fiber industry in Jilin has initially formed a trend of cluster development.
