Announcement on renaming of LS electric wire Co., Ltd.

Issued the Announcement No. ninety-second of 2010, and decided to maintain imports of non dispersive single mode products imported from Japan and Korea.

In May 10, 2011, the LS electric wire company (lscable&systemltd.) submitted an application to the Ministry of Commerce, requesting the inheritance of the rights and obligations of LS electric wire Co., Ltd. (lscableltd) in the anti-dumping measures of non dispersive displacement single mode optical fiber, and submitted a summary of the shareholders' meeting and a new company.

The Ministry of Commerce notified the domestic non dispersive shift mode fiber optic industry.
Within the stipulated time, the domestic non dispersive shift mode fiber optic industry indicated no objection to the request of LS electric wire Co., Ltd.
After examination, the existing evidence materials showed that the LS electric wire company (lscableltd) of Korea was renamed Korea LS electric wire Co., Ltd. (lscable&systemltd.), which was in conformity with the relevant laws and regulations of Korea.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Commerce decides:
First, the LS electric wire company (lscable&systemltd.) from Korea inherits the rights and obligations of South Korea LS electric wire Co., Ltd. (lscableltd) in the anti-dumping measures of non dispersive displacement single mode optical fiber, and applies anti-dumping duty rate of 7% to China's exported products.
Two, the products being exported to China by the name of the LS electric wire company (lscableltd) of the Republic of Korea shall be applied to the 46% anti-dumping duty rate applicable to the "other Korea Companies" in the anti dispersion measures of the non dispersive single mode optical fiber.
This notice will be implemented from August 5, 2011.
