US Withdrawal Of Protection Claims For Furniture Distribution In China

The International Trade Commission of the United States shall make preliminary decisions within 60 days after receiving the complaint and recommend remedial measures.
The case will then be submitted to the office of the United States trade representative for further discussion and recommendations. The office must be completed within 55 days after receiving the recommendations of the Committee.
The president will make a final decision within 15 days after receiving the proposal from the trade representative, and the president can follow the advice of the trade representative or decide not to take any measures.
