Mr. Berstein also questioned the legality of Louboutin's red shoe patents and suggested that if other designers could not use red soles, it would be monopolistic behavior.

Harley Lewin, a Louboutin brand lawyer, said that if the judge did not give a preliminary trial result, it would irreparable damage to the Louboutin brand. At the same time, Lewin also asked the YSL brand to provide all the sales documents of these red shoes, so as to prove that the sale of YSL red shoes has serious commercial damage to the Louboutin brand.
