The temperature gradient controlled non isothermal, variable width, multi-channel stretching, split fiber and other production technologies have improved the strength and density uniformity of PTFE fiber produced by the membrane splitting method. A series of high-performance filter materials have been developed by compounding with the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) film by hot pressing.

Independently developed and integrated innovative PTFE membrane and fiber complete sets of production equipment have been operating steadily, forming a thousand ton production capacity.
