Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. announced the restructuring of the organization, in order to cooperate with the group's strategy implementation and enhance operational efficiency, the organizational structure of Lining brand has been adjusted, including the organizational structure and the adjustment of senior management.

Mr. Lining, the chief product officer of the former Xu Maochun brand, has resigned for family reasons.

Mr. Lu Ning, general manager of sales and operation, is chief operating officer. He is responsible for CO ordinating the three major business segments of Lining brand sales headquarters and sales areas, products and supply chain, and assisting CEO to improve operational efficiency.

Mr. Lu Ning has nearly 20 years of experience in retail operations and product management in the sporting goods industry. He has senior management experience in leadership change.
