As a strategic plan for the construction of "Shuangcheng double port" in Tianjin, the overall development of Nankang area is located in the core city of Binhai New Area and Tianjin city from the initial stage of construction.

The first phase of Tianjin international home textile city is expected to be put into operation by the end of this year. It will attract more than 100 famous people in 2012.

The raw materials of the products can be supplied by the petrochemical enterprises in the Binhai New Area.
After the formation of the Binhai New Area from "crude oil" to "textile fabric", the output value is estimated to exceed 1 trillion yuan per year.
