It is understood that the batch of Japanese garments for women's cotton shirts, the washing mark is marked 80% cotton, 20% polyester.

After testing, the actual composition of the fabric is 55.2% cotton and 44.8% polyester, and the actual composition is not consistent with the marking.

According to investigation and analysis, the appearance of clothing components does not conform to the actual situation, mainly for the following reasons: first, some garment processing enterprises do not have strong sense of risk, blindly believe that the label information provided by fabric suppliers is not detected and verified in time; two, the enterprises are not strict with the logo of clothing labels, and there are some problems in identifying or incorrectly identifying the components. Three, in order to reduce costs, some enterprises use some blended fabrics to identify at random by the characteristics that the appearance is not easy to identify components.

In this regard, the inspection and quarantine department reminds the relevant enterprises: first, grasp the domestic and foreign technical regulations, strictly organize production according to the requirements of the exporting countries, standardize the identification of the export clothing components; two, we must strengthen the composition testing work, and make the multi fiber components that are prone to exceed the standard.
