Trevor Davis, a consumer goods expert from the international business machines consulting firm, said: "usually, when the economy is not good, high-heeled shoes will become popular, and the higher the better, consumers will be able to escape from reality by buying these luxury goods and create their own imagination."
A survey conducted by IBM shows that women's shoes will start to develop at a low level. Is this at one level that the economy is beginning to recover?
