Donghua University Invented Multi Core Yarn
Donghua University recently designed and invented a new model.
Composite
Fiber material -- multi component core spun yarn.
This multi component core yarn includes PA/PVC/PET three component coated yarn, which belongs to the field of special textile.
Wang Yimin, the main inventor of the yarn, said that the multi component core yarn was divided into three layers of coating structure, namely PET core layer, PVC middle layer and PA outer layer, wherein the PVC middle layer was coated on the PET core layer, and the outer layer of PA was coated on the PVC middle layer.
The new multi component core spun yarn can be used as weaving.
Fabric
The warp and weft yarns, while ensuring flame retardancy, improve wear resistance, toughness and durability, and have excellent flame retardancy. The products have good stability, high strength and good wear resistance.
Characteristic
It can be widely used in hotel mats, table flags, beach chairs, interior decorations, curtains and tarpaulins.
