Submit documents to the court before the end of the year to reply to the appeal case of Christian Louboutin.
The dispute between the two brands began in April when Christian Louboutin accused YSL of using the red shoe patent for infringement of the brand.
In August, the court sentenced Louboutin to lose.
Judge Judge Victor Marrero thinks color should not be.

YSL pointed out in the paper that the Lounoutin brand does not have enough evidence to support the appeal.
The case will be heard in Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York next January 24th.
