90 overseas representatives attending the 2012 China Development Summit Forum met with them in a friendly and candid way with regard to China's reform and opening up, Sino US economic and trade relations, intellectual property rights protection, RMB internationalization, foreign investment in China, and European debt crisis.
Wen Jiabao said that China's development forum has been held for the 13 time, and I have always participated in it.
Many famous entrepreneurs, scholars and economic experts in the world have insisted on participating in the forum, which shows that everyone is confident of China's reform, opening up and modernization.
Foreign friends must firmly believe that the direction and policies of China's reform and opening up can not be changed or changed.
China's reform will continue to move forward and will never be interrupted.
China's friendly exchanges with the rest of the world, especially the economic and trade cooperation, will continue to be strengthened without weakening.
My friends, from these years' experience, we can see China's development and progress and enhance its confidence in China's future.

Reform and Opening-up
30 years of history have told us that China's development and progress can not be separated from the world.
Similarly, the development and progress of the world also need China.
China and the world have been close to anyone who can not get away from it. We need to strengthen friendship and cooperation.
It is hoped that enterprises and experts and scholars from different countries will make frequent criticisms and suggestions on China's reform and construction, and we will be open and tolerant.
Because we know a truth, only by being open and tolerant can China make progress.
