Magdalena Frackowiak indicates that if some MM is a loose thigh, then you should do more leg exercises: lie on your bed or on the floor, lie straight on the floor, raise your legs against the floor, raise the other leg up to a 45 degree angle with your body, then support your upper leg at a 45 degree angle on a table or chair, then lift the legs on the floor to keep your legs together with your upper legs for 20 seconds, then change your legs.

This exercise can enhance the tightness of the inside and outside muscles of the thigh, instead of exercising the lateral muscles as before.
