Song Liping suggested that brokers should further improve their identity, financial, knowledge and trading experience and other information, strengthen customer classification, and then strengthen targeted guidance and management of different types of customers.

For example, the key big clients should strengthen the management of paction behavior and avoid unconsciously violating the relevant laws and regulations. For small investors of individual strength, we should strengthen risk disclosure, ensure information delivery, provide more low risk investment alternatives, guide rational investment, and reduce the allocation and participation of high-risk products or markets.

Song Liping emphasized that in addition to the interpretation of risks described in the risk disclosure book and the delivery of risk hints to the exchange, members should actively disclose their risks to customers, and need to combine the characteristics of customers to continuously improve the effectiveness and pertinence of risk disclosure.

She suggested that securities companies should strengthen innovation and provide more investment products for customers.
