UV膠印熱轉(zhuǎn)印技術(shù)研發(fā)成功 日前，伊藤油墨涂料化工技研有限公司向全球首先最新推出UV膠印熱轉(zhuǎn)印油墨產(chǎn)品： 該油墨通過膠印印刷工藝印刷在涂有離型劑的轉(zhuǎn)印膜上或轉(zhuǎn)印紙上，經(jīng)UV照射后瞬間硬化可立即做后加工處理，無粘背問題，高耐折性：在轉(zhuǎn)移基材印刷具有優(yōu)良耐折性；印刷適性：寬廣印刷給水幅度及機(jī)上安全性；特點(diǎn)：綜合了UV體系優(yōu)點(diǎn)，2-5秒快速干燥，耐磨性優(yōu)越，干擦10級，濕擦10級，無溶濟(jì)，環(huán)保；顏色艷麗，對于印刷物能得到良好的轉(zhuǎn)移性及展色性、色濃度高，綜合了膠印印刷工藝優(yōu)勢，可以印刷高線數(shù)圖案，印刷速度快，減少工序及人工，印刷成品率高，多色套印非常準(zhǔn)，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率;節(jié)省了生產(chǎn)場地；結(jié)合了熱轉(zhuǎn)印粘接特性。
