Mainland Sports Fall Into The Elimination War, Kappa Shoes Sales Fall
The mainland sports apparel market is in the war of elimination, China's trend (3818) mainland sales fell 41.9% last year to 2 billion 120 million yuan (the same below). In the same period, the total repurchase of the total inventory of 1 billion 450 million yuan to dealers was 93%, to 102 million yuan.
China trend President Chen Yihong pointed out that the mainland sports apparel market has not improved significantly this year, the situation is still grim, and the stock pressure is still heavy.
During the period, Kappa brand sold 8 million 450 thousand garments and 2 million 600 thousand pairs of shoes in the mainland, down 54.1% and 43.4% respectively. The average price of clothing increased by 2.5%, while shoes dropped by 3.3%.
As the market is not optimistic, the group made a provision of 220 million yuan for the inventory held at the end of last year.
No dividend payment was made, and the dividend payout rate was 2.78 points in the whole year, 84.6% less than in 2010.
