Under the leadership of Chai Huazhen, chairman of the Shanxi Cai Jia printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., through scientific research and research for two years, we analyzed and screened hundreds of auxiliaries and successfully formulated the fast scouring and bleaching agents. After optimizing the dosage of auxiliaries for 5 processes, rapid scouring and bleaching agents, caustic soda and double oxygen water, the process of continuous low temperature continuous rapid scouring and bleaching of cotton textiles, the process prescription, the technological conditions and the combination of process equipment and trial production were completed.

Experts believe that the project breaks through the disadvantages of low efficiency and continuous high energy consumption of continuous cold distillation process, and has developed a low-temperature fast scouring and bleaching agent, which has been implemented in the conventional continuous oxygen bleaching production line. Compared with the traditional process, the stacking time of the technology is reduced from 12~24 hours to 75~90 minutes; the total chemical consumption can be reduced by more than 40%; the steam volume is reduced by more than 50%; the COD value of the sewage is reduced by 30%, and the pH value falls from 12 to 7~8. The project has reasonable process route, compact equipment unit, strong adaptability, mature technology, convenient operation, energy saving and emission reduction, and has been put into industrial mass production.
